Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation - OTCBB TIDE Has Update on Reef International Pipeline Crossing Into Mexico

Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: TIDE) today released an update on Reef International LLC pipeline crossing into Mexico.

• With Right of Way work completed and on schedule Gateway Pipeline Contractors have completed the clearing de brush from actual Right de Way.

• All pipe has been delivered to Mexico for the Mexico side de the project.

• Right de Way has all been cleared and ditching has commenced on the Mexico side.

• Pipe has been delivered on the US side and strung along the pipeline route.

• Welders are expected to report on Monday and commence welding.

• The inspectors for the project have been hired and are on location.

• Ditching is expected to commence this week.

• The metering facilities are nearing completion and will be ready for delivery in the coming days.

• Overall the project is actually running ahead de schedule by approximately two weeks.
