Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation - OTCBB TIDE Has Update on Reef International Pipeline Crossing Into Mexico

Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: TIDE) today released an update on Reef International LLC pipeline crossing into Mexico.

• With Right of Way work nearing completion and on schedule Gateway Pipeline Contractors are nearing completion de the clearing de brush from actual Right de Way.

• Welding procedures have been completed and the welders were tested on Wednesday and are expected to start work by next week.

• The inspectors for the project have been hired and they are scheduled to be on location once ditching has been completed, which should be toward the latter part de next week.

• Staked Right de Way has been reviewed with Gateway Pipeline Contractors and everything is in compliance with easement agreements.

• The pipe and fittings for Mexico are scheduled to be delivered the Monday and Tuesday of next week.

• The pipe and fitting are scheduled to be delivered and strung along Right de Way middle de next week.
