SAN ANTONIO, July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: TIDE) announced today that an open forum meeting will be held on July 13, 2005 at the Renaissance Hotel located in McAllen, Texas at 7 PM to allow the general public to discuss the parameters de its cross-border pipelines located at Progreso and Arguelles, Mexico. This meeting is required by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ("FERC") and is an instrumental component in the approval process to obtain permitting.
Representatives from FERC, Tidelands and Sonora Pipeline will be present to answer questions and provide detail regarding the pipelines and their impact.
