Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation - OTCBB TIDE Has Update on Reef International Pipeline Crossing Into Mexico

Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: TIDE) today released an update on Reef International LLC pipeline crossing into Mexico.

• Reef International has completed the construction phase de the pipeline on the US side de the river.

• Reef has scheduled this coming week for the purging de the pipeline and packing the line with gas to prepare for gas sales November 1st.

• Reef has shipped meter facilities to Conagas with the final tie in on the Mexico side to be completed this week.

This project is a joint venture between Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation and Impact Energy Services/GHK Company de Oklahoma.

Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation also announces the resignation de its chairman de the board Royis Ward due to failing health and the desire to pursue other interests. Tidelands will announce a replacement at a later date. Royis Ward's resignation was effective October 1, 2003.
