Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: TIDE) today released an update on Reef International LLC pipeline crossing into Mexico.

• Reef International completes its boring de the Rio Grande River on Monday for its natural gas crossing.

• Reef pulls 12" pipe thru boring at the Rio Grande River connecting Texas/Mexico.

• Reef is expected to be complete with interconnects by middle de the month.

• Reef is expecting to set meter facilities this coming week.

• Reef has expectations of flowing gas by the first de October.

This project is a joint venture between Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation and Impact Energy Services/GHK Company de Oklahoma.
