CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas -- Tidelands Oil & Gas Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: TIDE) today announced that they have completed the acquisition de 225 miles de large diameter pipe from ZG GATHERING, LTD.

The pipeline covers a total de 225 miles located in Dimmit, Frio, Uvalde and Zavala counties de Texas. Tidelands plans to interconnect this new system to Tidelands existing systems which will deliver natural gas to Tidelands new international pipeline crossing at Piedras Negras, Mexico. In addition to this it gives Tidelands the ability to deliver natural gas to several other markets outside de the Maverick Basin. This system when interconnected will give Tidelands better markets than our current competitors, thus giving Tidelands a definite competitive edge in the market place. With this acquisition it gives Tidelands just under 400 miles de pipelines reaching from north de Laredo, Tx. to south de San Antonio, Tx. to the Mexico border.
